How lessons are completed
Every lesson has a video. Watch it to the end and the lesson completes for you. Skipping ahead doesn’t count: progress is measured by the parts of the video you actually watched, so you can pause, rewatch and come back later without losing your place.
Tips for getting the most out of it
- Keep a doc open for your own course plan and fill it in as you go: every lesson ends with an action step.
- Use the speed and captions controls in the player if they help you.
